Terms & Conditions

1. feelslikehome GbR rents private flats to Berlin visitors.
 
2. The rental contract is signed exlusivly between the landlor and the lodger.
 
3. The right to renting the chosen flat at the chosen time exists not before the booking is confirmed by feelslikehome GbR.
 
4. The right to renting would be expired, if the deposit of 20% of the total rent isn't transfered to the account of feelslikehome GbR within 8 days after the guest has received the booking confirmation.
 
5. Prices per night and person are not effective if big events like FIFA Worldcup 2006 and trade fairs take place in Berlin.
 
6. In case of the lodgers premature intention to leave or cancellation, the lodger has to tell this fact the houselord in written. The following percentage of the agreed total rent is effective as reimbursement:
 

up to 21 days:	0%
from 20 days:	20%
from 15 days:	40%
from 10 days:	60%
from 05 days:	80%
from 04 days:	100%

before the beginning of tenancy of the agreed total rent.
 
7. Feelslikehome GbR is no tour operator in sense of 651a ff.BGB. In case of defects caused by, act of God, strike or interruption of communication technologies, that influence our agent action, we don't accept liability. Liability is restricted to intent and gross negligence. Liability in case of simple negligence is refused.
 
Salvatorian clause: If some or one of the above mentioned individual provision should be inoperative, the remaining provisions are still effective. Should the occasion arise, a provision must be found, that is most next to the intended provision.
