Description:	This charming Apartment in a residencial building is a place to rest in the City of Berlin. Just a footwalk away from the river Spree and Tiergarten, it ist he perfect starting point for walks, bike-tours and sightseeing. For shopping, famous Kurfürstendamm is just 5 min away by bus.

Equipment:	This bright apartment with balcony is located in a quiet small street. Stucco, wooden floor and original doors emphasise the charme of this residencial flat. The combined living-sleeping-room comes along with a double bed (140x200), a comfortable sleeping couch (120x200), working table and TV. Enjoy the sun on the balcony from afternoon until sunset. The eat-in kitchen is equipped with a dining table and everything you need to cook. Find there as well a fridge with freezing compartment, coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, oven, sink. 	This apartment is quietly located but close to the public transport. The river Spree is a 3minwalk away. You can follow the Spree right next to the water to Tiergarten and Berlin Mitte’s Hackescher Markt. Go for a walk or rent a bike. To visit Charlottenburg Castle also follow the Spree in western direction. You can reach Akademie der Künste, Siegessäule, Straße des 17.Juni with ist famous fleemarket, the University of the Arts and Technical University, Schillertheater, Renaissance Theater and Deutsche Oper by foot. Across Ernst-Reuter-Platz you find the „old Charlottenburg“. Find there plenty of restaurants, boutiques and at the Kurfürstendamm the flagshipstores. In northern direction, Moabit provides you cheap but good restaurants with traditional Thai or Indian cuisine. Berlin Mitte with Museumsinsel, Hackescher Markt and Alexanderplatz are easy to reach by S-Bahn.
